Totally understand. Currently I am selling digital abstract designs so not photography. So while colors are still important it’s a bit different then photographs. Obviously part of the photography process is retouching in Photoshop and all your hard work can go down the drain if someone went and printed your work incorrectly. So printing yourself is obviously the way to go for photography.
Another surprising video result: Beth Anne found a tutorial video she created for her and Sarah's now-defunct Mommy blog on making cappuccinos at home with a frother. That video has almost 5,000 views on it! Again, this video wasn't promoted in any way, it just sits on their Mommy blog which gets about 10-20 hits per day… so it's essentially dead. The video is getting viewed because it's ranking for keyword phrases on Google and YouTube.
1) The easiest way to use this printout is to print it out on a full sheet of white sticker paper and if you own a Silhouette Cameo or Silhouette Portrait or other digital cutter you can cut out the to-do lists or planner stickers using their designer software. ( **Please note: You must have the Silhouette Designer Edition software upgrade to open pdfs in your Silhouette. I also have redesigned the template so that the margins are within the “registration” area of your silhouette. You will have to spend some time creating the cutlines for the silhouette but this should make creating the cutfile a lot easier.)

In a 1998 episode of the television show Sports Night, "Intellectual Property", character Dan Rydell sings the song to his co-anchor during a telecast, forcing his network to pay royalties, and causing him to ask his colleagues to choose public-domain songs for him to sing for their birthdays. The copyright is also referenced frequently in a Disney A.N.T. Farm episode where characters repeatedly try to sing the song, only to be stopped by others reminding them of the price. The melody of the song is also featured in The Wrong Trousers but was replaced with "For He's a Jolly Good Fellow" for DVD releases. The use of the song is a problem even if it is sung in a made-up language, as a Klingon-language version was nixed in pre-production from the 7th-season episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation called "Parallels", replaced with "For He's a Jolly Good Fellow" in Klingon. In the Futurama episode "I Second That Emotion", they poke fun at the song and its copyright by making their own version with the lyrics "What day is today? / It's (birthday person)'s birthday / What a day for a birthday / Let's all have some cake."

Warner/Chappell disputed the evidence, arguing that unless there was "necessary authorization from the copyright owner", the "Happy Birthday" lyrics and sheet music would still be subject to common law copyright as an unpublished work, and that it was unknown whether the "special permission" from the Summy Company covered "Good Morning to All", "Happy Birthday", or both, thus alleging that the publication in The Everyday Song Book was unauthorized. The company also argued that it was not acting in bad faith in withholding the evidence of the 1927 publication.
The shops look great! Something I may need to look into further! My friend had a bachelorette party last weekend and her sister bought everyone bride tribe tattoos and there was a scavenger hunt. Based on your post, I think she she bought them from you, small world! Long time blog reader and podcast listener and I just love you and Gwen. Thanks for being awesome!
We stayed at the East Bay Inn for 2 nights in July and were so delighted at the experience. The staff was super friendly and had everything taken care of. Cold bottled water was available whenever we needed it (it was July, we needed it often). A wine and cheese reception was offered every evening and there was much more than cheese to munch on. The rooms were fabulous!
Some initial news sources characterized the decision as ruling that the song was in the public domain, but the decision did not go so far, holding only that Warner/Chappell did not prove they owned the copyright. However, because there are no other claimants to the copyright, and the copyright to the melody long ago expired, the plaintiffs suggested that the song was de facto in the public domain. Also, the judge ruled that the song was not copyrighted by Summy Co., who had written in the song book, "Special permission through courtesy of the Clayton F. Summy Co." Since there was no evidence Summy Co. had copyright on the song, the song is still considered to be in the public domain.
Whew, it feels like we just barely made it through the Christmas holiday season, but now Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! I made these ninja printable Valentine’s Day cards at the request of my seven-year-old son who asked if I would design “some valentines for boys – with no glittery hearts or love and all that girly stuff!” After reminding him that valentines cards are for Valentine’s Day and all, he finally relented and let me add a few hearts to the cards…as long as they weren’t glittery!

About FeltingNerdyandMore: Hello! My name is Tamzon (…it rhymes with Samson). 😉 I’m a crazy stay-at-home Momma to 4 precocious little hellions (the oldest is currently 5). I enjoy spending my sporadic “Me Time” sketching and crafting, and especially love it when my crafts can serve a practical purpose…like keeping my children quietly occupied…giving me more Me Time…to make more practical crafts…to keep them occupied. It’s a beautiful cycle. After spending more than 100 hours designing and creating felt quiet/busy books for mine and others toddlers, I decided to draft step-by-step tutorials so others could learn to make them too! I hope you find something here in my shop that inspires you!

Funny but useful you say?! That was my goal!! Plus I may be a little biased but I think these free bathroom prints are dang cute to boot! I wanted them to have somewhat of a vintager flair and used a more retro font to create the phrases you see above! I hope you’ll enjoy the style and sayings on these free printable and they will hang on your walls lovingly for a long time!!
Don’t know how, but I just came across your blog and I am having a ball looking around at all the wonderful images you have posted. You really inspire me, because I too am a country gal and from one country woman to another, you have great ideas and taste!! I want to thank you for all the “free bees”. You are very kind and generous. I have no doubt some of the things I see are going to end up in my home!
In the 1987 documentary Eyes on the Prize about the U.S. Civil Rights Movement, there was a birthday party scene in which Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s discouragement began to lift. After its initial release, the film was unavailable for sale or broadcast for many years because of the cost of clearing many copyrights, of which "Happy Birthday to You" was one. Grants in 2005 for copyright clearances allowed PBS to rebroadcast the film as recently as February 2008.
